The following are the objectives and/or outcomes that will be gained by the participants upon completing the course:
- Able to understand and apply the concepts of basic and advanced intermediate statistics.
- Understand the concept of Six Sigma Overview using DMAIC Model Approach.
- Able to successfully conduct an improvement project from Advanced DMAIC Model perspective.
- Master all the essential and advanced systems of Six Sigma Black Belter level.
- Learn necessary improvement and monitoring tool for improvement project (ANOVA, DOE, RSM SPC).
- Calculate tangible savings or cost avoidance from an improvement project.
This course is design for engineers and executive staff levels that are involved in manufacturing.

They will also be able to coach fellow Green Belters and do broader scope of projects.
