Handouts of the training will be shared. Part of the training will be working through process simulations with Qualis Analytics. We can adapt training to specific sector requirements like IATF16949 or RM13006.

A typical SPC training takes two days. During these two days we will cover at least below topics.

Introduction to SPC
Principles of Variation
Organization of SPC
Control-, Improvement- and Planning loops
Statistics and Descriptive Statitics
Subgroups & Samples
Control Charts (Xr, XmR, Xs)
Control Charts for process data
Control Limits
Day 2:
Process Capability & Indices (e.g. Cp, Cpk, Ppk)
Attribute Control Charts (np, p, c, u)
Control Charts for high quality processes
Manage the SPC implementation

Reporting and Analysis

Course Objectives

During the training, students will learn the different SPC techniques, will learn how SPC should be organized and will learn the pitfalls of a SPC implementation.

They will get practical experience applying SPC on a sample process they own. Ideally, training is given in a mixture of classroom training, computer based training and on the job training. The combination makes the training effective, less expensive and makes it possible to continuously train new employees.

Datalyzer also offers “Train the Trainers” programs, consulting the management regarding the implementation plan.

Does the training always need to take 2 days?

Not always. We can customize the training needs based on your request. We can include SPC theoretical training in the full SPC implementation program and do offer more flexible solutions.

Who provides the training?

On of our experienced (10+ years) solution engineers. Our team has practical experience with the topic of Statistical Process Control and use this practical knowledge in training the theoretical concepts.

What language will the training be provided?

We can provide training in English, and some other langues which can be covered by our own team members, like Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Malay, German.
