How to standardize the supply chain to SPC
Most suppliers of packaging in the beverage industry already make use of some form of process control or SPC. Forcing all suppliers to use the same SPC software is very unlikely to happen. So the challenge for Heineken was how to collect SPC information of all suppliers which can be used as input for the internal production processes. This is very critical, for example a shipment of glass by both can take weeks and if quality is not acceptable actions must be taken before the shipment arrives.
Faster insights, less waste
In collaboration with Datalyzer the solution was developed. For each shipment a certificate of analysis was required with teh relevant statistical information. This information is uploaded to a central server before the shipment leaves the supplier. The certificate is automatically imported into the Qualis SPC software and provides immediate insight if the shipment might cause complications for quality or runnability. Appropriate preventive actions can be taken. Same information is used by the supplier quality engineers to adress changes in variation in the meeting with their suppliers.

How fast can we go live?
Most customers are fully up and running within a 3 to 4 weeks, thanks to our efficient modular setup and proven implementation approach.
Can we start small and scale later?
Yes, all our software modules works with (concurrent) user licenses so you can add licenses as you go. You can add users or multiple sites (plants) where each user will only see their own data. Authorization limits access for each user to only their relevant data.
Is support available in our language?
Our software is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese Simplified, Chinese traditional, Portuguese (Portugal & Brazil), Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian and Malay. Additional languages can be added quickly. Within the system users can work in their own language simultaneously. We have offices all over the globe and can also provide support in most languages.
Does Datalyzer integrate with our current systems?
There are many integrations possibilities available with Datalyzer using, amongst others, our web API, a full functional DLL or our Python Service Manager environment. We can handle import and exports from and to Excel, files and databases. We also integrate with OEE, ERP, LIMS, MES etc.
