To make learning easier, we developed SPC Wizard over 25 years ago. The training includes simulations ranging from Dr. W. Edwards Deming’s famous Red Bead Experiment to a virtual tennis-ball launcher, helping you understand variation, control charts, process capability, and other essential SPC concepts through hands-on experience.
We are now making this complete SPC training available free of charge. While the course is based on SPC Wizard, you do not need the software to benefit from it. Through 10 lessons, you’ll learn the core concepts of Statistical Process Control. Each lesson includes screenshots, worked out examples, and explanations so that anyone can follow the training and understand the concepts.
