With over 40 years of experience, Micross offers a comprehensive range of products, including rectifiers, diodes, and transient voltage suppression products, designed for harsh environments and applications in Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Industrial Industries. Quality is obviously highly important within these Industries and therefore, Quality is very important for the components produced by Micross.
Micross Reynosa in Mexico produces rectifiers, transient voltage suppression and diodes engineered for complex environments. Solutions range from single-to-multi phase devices in high-current/high-voltage configurations. Current applications include power supplies, base stations, motor drivers, medical equipment and have the potential to expand much further.
Improve Yield and on-time Delivery
Micross Reynosa in Mexico implemented Datalyzer SPC as part of a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project focused on yield improvement and on-time delivery. This implementation included the application of real-time control chart visuals and feedback to operators about process variation and Out of Control conditions. Usefull reports and overviews of prior Out of Control measurements where implemented and dashboards for critical characteristics were created.
The implementation of Datalyzer SPC supports Micross’ daily process management by digitalizing quality and process measurements and providing the engineers and production teams with clear reports and visual insights into process performance. The clear graphics including Box Plots help quality-, operations- and engineering teams to understand their data and identify potential issues. Automaticed SPC alerts are highly valuable to make sure Micross takes corrective actions in a timely manner.
The solution is already showing positive trends, and Micross plans to expand DataLyzer SPC to additional process areas, further strengthening data-driven process control and continuous improvement.

Can we start small and scale later?
Yes, all our software modules works with (concurrent) user licenses so you can add licenses as you go. You can add users or multiple sites (plants) where each user will only see their own data. Authorization limits access for each user to only their relevant data.
Is support available in our language?
Our software is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese Simplified, Chinese traditional, Portuguese (Portugal & Brazil), Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian and Malay. Additional languages can be added quickly. Within the system users can work in their own language simultaneously. We have offices all over the globe and can also provide support in most languages.
Does Datalyzer integrate with our current systems?
There are many integrations possibilities available with Datalyzer using, amongst others, our web API, a full functional DLL or our Python Service Manager environment. We can handle import and exports from and to Excel, files and databases. We also integrate with OEE, ERP, LIMS, MES etc.
