Introduction to FMEA Purpose and Importance of FMEA When to start with FMEA (Six Sigma, IATF 16949, RM 13004) Organizing the FMEA process Link Process Flow, Design FMEA, Process FMEA and Control Plan Project Plan for FMEA Methodology and Criteria Roles and teams in the FMEA process.

We have extensive experience adjusting the training content to the IATF16949 (AIAG&VDA) or Aerospace RM13004 Industry Standards.

The 2019 AIAG&VDA Manual and the transition from the prior AIAG method to the 7-steps AIAG&VDA approach (and Form C) can be included in the training content if requested.

Does the training always takes 1 day?

Not always. We can customize the training needs based on your request. We can include the theoretical concepts into our Datalyzer FMEA software implementation training. In that case, the theoretical training only takes 4 hours.

On of our experienced solution engineers. Our team has practical experience implementing and applying Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and use this practical knowledge in training the theoretical concepts.
