Course Objectives
During the training you will get extensive knowledge about the six sigma tools. The following are the objectives of knowledge gained by the participants upon completing the course:
This training program is crucial for those who seek detailed knowledge on improvement projects with tangible savings for a manufacturing based organization from a DMAIC model standpoint via Six Sigma principles on a higher level.
Training Content and Duration
Green Belt training can vary from 5 to 12 days. Datalyzer offers multiple approaches depending on your requirements. Covering the theoretical concepts, tools and statistics will require 5 days. To include an actual LSS Improvement Project and implement the Results requires 12 days training.
In both cases, an online exam will be part of the training and if succesfully passed, the students receive an official Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from ILLSI.

Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt
Course Objectives

Students with the Black Belt level will have much deeper level of knowledge covering much wider sets of tools, systems and case studies. They will also be able to coach fellow Green Belters and do broader scope of projects.

The Belt training takes 10 to 12 days. Datalyzer offers multiple approaches depending on your requirements. To include an actual LSS Improvement Project, Coaching Students during this project and implement the Results requires additional days of training (approx 6 days).
An online exam will be part of the training and if succesfully passed, the students receive an official Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from ILLSI.

Will I receive an official Lean Six Sigma Certificate after completing the training?

Who provides the training?
One of our experienced and LSS Black Belt Solution Engineers. Our team has extensive knowledge and practical experience implementing LSS tools in practise and use this practical knowledge in training the concepts of LSS.
