Allows to easily select any section of the data with instantaneous creation of Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto’s, Scatter charts and Multi-Vari’s allowing flexibility during analysis.
Data can be imported from the Datalyzer SPC database, Microsoft Excel and other SQL Server databases with or without previous setup.
Data from different data sources can be combined based on a common parameter (e.g. Serial number) or based on matching date and time values or time differences.
Decision Tree Analysis (Random Forest) is implemented. With predictive analysis, we can make a model of quality inputs including all interactions and show the predicted quality of the CTQs.
For textual data, we have implemented Ngrams analysis.
Hypothesis testing with Mean test, Median tests, Variance tests and Proportion tests available.
For all tests it is possible to adjust the Confidence levels and definethe Alternative Hypothesis.
Difference Qualis SPC and Qualis Analytics
Qualis SPC is designed for real-time SPC on the shop floor. Qualis Analytics runs independent of Qualis SPC and is designed for Six Sigma analysis where data can come from any source including Qualis SPC.
Central repository for analysis
Each user has his own workspace. Analysis results will be stored in the workspace. This means analysis is not stored in local spreadsheets across the company.

What is difference between Qualis SPC and Qualis Analytics?
Qualis SPC is the real time SPC system which will support real time SPC on the shop floor and much more. Qualis Analytics is an analysis tool where a user can analyse datasets in their own workspace. Datasets can be imported from anywhere including Qualis SPC. Qualis Analytics includes Six Sigma analysis and AI Machine Learning. There is some overlap in analysis of Control Charts and Histograms but Qualis Analytics goes much further.
Can Qualis Analytics read data from Excel or other sources?
Qualis Analytics can import Excel sheets and database information and we are adding new interfaces continuously. Contact us for more details.
Does Qualis Analytics run on premise or as SaaS?
Qualis Analytics runs in a docker. You can run on premise, in a private cloud or SaaS.
Can multiple sites use the same Qualis Analytics?
Yes. The Qualis Analytics application access is based on user login. Anybody with access to the Qualis Analytics application can login. Access to a local Qualis SPC database will be limited based on access rights to the SPC database.
Can we try a demo?
Yes, accessing a demo is easy. Contact Datalyzer and we will provide a login to our demo environment for a timed period.
How does Analytics compare to Minitab?
Six Sigma analysis is completely available, including hypothesis testing. Machine Learning and Ngrams are available. We do also offer Experimental design. Minitab offers more extensive options but a large part of what Minitab offers is available in Qualis Analytics.
