SPC

Can we start small and scale later?

The system works with concurrent user licenses so you can add licenses as you go. You can also add groups of users or locations (plants) where each user will only see their own data. Authorization limits access for each user to only their relevant data.

Does Datalyzer support Active directory?

Yes, User Management can be integrated with Active Directory including advanced security measurements like Secured Vaults.

What database is used for Datalyzer?

Our software suite runs on SQL Server starting from SQL 2016 and also runs on SQL Express. We also support Progress and you can run in a Docker.

What kind of training do you provide for new users?

There are many variants of training. Typically we offer a 2 or 3 day training for engineers and after that you are all set to get started. We also offer full SPC or even Six Sigma training. During implementation of our software we support remotely or we have people assigned long term to your company to assist with implementation or customized programming.

Is support available in our language?

Our software is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese Simplified, Chinese traditional, Portuguese (Portugal & Brasil), Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian and Malay.
