How does Qualis SPC compare with other SPC software in industry?
Qualis SPC is web based developed in DOT Net Core. It is a very open system fitting perfectly in future architectures. It supports real time SPC with manual entry, entry through gages and virtually unlimited automatic import like PLC, Web API, CMM, MQTT, database import, text files etc etc. It integrates with ERP and MES systems bidirectional. It supports small but also worldwide implementations and complies with requirements in almost any industry. It integrates with our FMEA, MSA, APQP module and CAPA. It is implemented in thousands of companies. No other SPC software offers this extensive functionality and technology.
Does Qualis SPC run on premise or as SaaS?
Qualis SPC runs on Microsoft IIS or as an installed application or a mixture. It can run on premise, in a private cloud or as a SaaS solution.
What license models are supported?
Qualis SPC can be purchased using station licenses, concurrent licenses or as a subscription. With a purchased one time investment yearly maintenance is highly recommended but optional.
Can we have a trial and how fast can we go live?
Yes, a trial implementation is possible. We prefer to deliver a trial with a training and full support. After the trial period you are immediately up and running. We can be live within days.
